Information & Referral Line
In partnership with the NC Division of MH/DD/SAS, MHA/NC has established a consumer-run call center for the purpose of program and treatment information and referral. This one-of-a-kind initiative focuses on providing accurate information to consumers, families, professionals, and providers on mental health reform as well as general mental health information and referrals.

Quarterly Reports:
The line became operational in January 2004. After such successful service, we would like to share information about the calls received in the form of quarterly reports. Contacts have been tracked based on county, type of call, sex of person the call is regarding, age of person the call is regarding, and type of person calling (i.e. consumer, family member, provider, etc.).
