The Mental Health Association in North Carolina encourages you to get involved in your community as a volunteer. The best way to get involved with MHA is to join your local Mental Health Association and participate in their programs and advocacy.  MHA/NC has 29 affiliates covering 34 counties and is always looking to expand the MHA movement across the state.
